FAQ
To make a reservation, you need to fill out the form by clicking on the button corresponding to the chosen hotel. You will receive an email confirming your reservation. To reserve your room, you will pay a fee of only €10 for JFK and Palazzo Esedra hotels, which will be deducted from the balance. You won’t have to pay anything else until June 1st. On May 27th, you’ll receive an email with the payment link to be completed within the specified timeframe, failing which the reservation will lapse, and the deposit will be forfeited. For the GuestHouse Camera con Vista, the full amount needs to be paid at the time of booking, but it’s possible to cancel the reservation and receive a full refund of the amount paid. UBL | The Italian Championship acts as an intermediary for the reservation, which is made on behalf of third parties (hotels).
The rate you’ll pay by June 1st includes accommodation and breakfast where provided. At the property, you will pay the tourist tax of approximately €4.5 per person per night. For the GuestHouse, the tourist tax is €3 per person per day.
All categories will compete from Friday, July 5th to Sunday, July 7th. The first workout will begin at 1:00 PM on Friday, July 5th for individual categories. The award ceremonies will conclude by 7:30 PM on Sunday, July 7th. Check-in is available on Thursday, July 4th from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, July 5th from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Check-in can be done by proxy with a copy of the ID. Check-in for teams can be done by a single teammate.
